Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Stillo (marketed as “Stillo: AI Outfit Rater”, the “App”) handles your information. The App is operated by Volodymyr Drozdin, an individual developer based in Poland (“I”, “me”). If you have any questions, contact me at vvdrozd2581@gmail.com.

The short version: the App has no user accounts, I run no servers of my own, and I never see or store your photos. Photos are analyzed by Google’s AI service and your results are stored only on your device.

1. Photos You Submit for Analysis

When you choose a photo and start an outfit analysis, the photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection to Google’s Gemini AI service (via Firebase AI Logic) solely to generate your style analysis. I do not operate any servers, and I do not receive, view, or store your photos.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your analysis results and the associated photos (if you choose to save a look) are stored locally on your device only. They are never uploaded to any server operated by me. You can delete saved looks in the App at any time, and all locally stored data is removed when you delete the App.

3. Analytics and Usage Data

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve it. This collects information such as:

Analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months. The App also uses Google’s on-device conversion measurement, which helps attribute app installs to advertising while keeping the matching process on your device. See Firebase Privacy and Security for details on Google’s handling of this data.

4. App Integrity (App Check)

To protect the AI analysis service from abuse, the App uses Firebase App Check with Apple’s App Attest. This verifies that requests come from a genuine, unmodified copy of the App running on a real Apple device. It does not identify you personally.

5. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never receive your payment details, billing address, or Apple ID. Purchase management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. The App only checks your subscription status locally to unlock premium features.

6. Feedback You Send

If you rate the App in the in-app feedback prompt, your rating is submitted to a Google Form. Only the rating you chose is sent — no identifiers that could link it to you.

7. What I Do Not Collect

8. Third-Party Service Providers

The App relies on the following providers, each acting under its own privacy terms:

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

I operate from Poland, and if you are in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. The legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) — providing the analysis you request) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) — analytics and abuse prevention).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object. Because the App stores your content only on your device and analytics data is not linked to your identity, most of this data is under your direct control — deleting the App removes all locally stored content. For anything else, contact me at vvdrozd2581@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

10. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect, and continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
